Personal Training

Want to build Muscle? Lose Body Fat? Reach your peak performance? We’ve got you covered. We will create a custom program to address your individual goals.

Group CLASSES

Whether you are just starting out, a workout professional or looking to mix up your routine, group class training is great for you. Group class training consists of 5-15 people maximum and focuses on building strength, losing body fat, and getting fit all while reaching your maximum performance.

Youth Development Program

Developmental appropriate training for younger athletes who are not quite ready or adjusted to their bodies. We emphasize teaching the elements of athleticism, helping to develop fundamental movement skills, strength, balance, and body awareness while emphasizing joint health and safety. The result is confident young athletes who are set up for success as they grow.

Meet friends, get fit, and push your body to the limits! Whether you are just starting out, a workout professional or looking to mix up your routine, small group training is great for you. Small group training consists of 2-4 people maximum and focuses on fitness goals of each individual.

TEEN ATHLETE TRAINING

Our Teen Athlete Training is designed to help athletes break free from the competition. This comprehensive approach for 14-18 year olds helps to develop speed, strength, power, and athleticism. The High School groups include both 20 minutes of specialized speed development work, and 40 minutes of strength-power training. No matter what your sport may be, if you’re looking to get that extra edge over the competition, there’s no better training available than this program. Whether it’sn improving your strength, speed, power, or becoming an overall better athlete, we will get you there at Grind Heart Fitness.

Stretch & Recovery

Our stretch and recovery class will help you to enhance performance, improve your posture, and lengthen your muscles through a series of stretches. This class is designed for those new to fitness to professional athletes and will help you to recover your body while also preventing injuries.

We understand that classes should be manageable for all fitness levels. We add teamwork to our classes. We provide participants with options to get the most out of our classes. Our conditioning and strength classes are fun with hard work and determination.  Our primary focus is movement training that pushes participants to the limit on explosive conditioning, agility, strength, speed, heart rate elevation, stamina, and endurance. Whether you are an advanced athlete, just getting back, or a novice athlete, we have appropriate training for your level.
