Meet friends, get fit, and push your body to the limits! Whether you are just starting out, or a workout enthusiast or looking to mix up your routine, semi-private training is for you. This type of training consists of 2-4 people maximum and focuses on the fitness goals of each individual.
Semi-private sessions will inherently keep you motivated by partnering up with like-minded people. You will find yourself feeding off one another’s energy and pushing each other. Camaraderie promotes a feeling of community and belonging. Come join our community at Grind Heart Fitness.
